Wind Report Description: Strong thunderstorm winds produced damage at the intersection South Fairfield Drive and Dalton Street. A mobile home was overturned by the high winds, and one end of the structure was sheared off to the floor level by some pine trees as it overturned. A concrete block house just north of the mobile home suffered some minor wind damage to the roof. Several trees and some power lines were blown down at the same location. Four people (3 children and 1 adult), the occupants of the mobile home, were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

Wind Report Description: The fire department in Warrington measured a thunderstorm downburst wind gust of 65 mph at 430 pm CST. The strong winds associated with this downburst produced a large area of wind damage in the Warrington area. A large Oak tree was uprooted and landed on a wood frame house, causing major damage to the srtucture. The roof and walls were damaged and the house was moved off its pillars. Another tree was blown over onto another house, causing minor roof damage. High thunderstorm winds also blew a section of the roof off the Redeemer Lutheran School, and the school was closed for several days after the storm. Elsewhere around the Warrington area, damage was primarily in the form of downed trees, tree limbs and power lines. Electrical power was out for several hours after the storm. No injuries were reported.

Tornado Report Description: NWS Survey Team found a EF-2 Tornado was impacted areas of Warrington Florida into Pensacola Beach. The tornado began as a discontinuous EF-0 before briefly intensifying to an EF-1 as it entered Pensacola Bay near the Pensacola County Club. It then crossed Pensacola Bay as a waterspout impacting Pensacola beach where it intensified to EF-2 strength causing significant damage to well built homes... tossed boats and threw a several hundred pound dumpster roughly 50 to 70 yards before moving out over the Gulf. Max width of roughly 450 yards occurred over Pensacola Beach.

Tornado Report Description: The tornado moved off the Gulf of Mexico in Perdido Key, then continued north northwest causing more pronounced damage at Inerarity Point. The tornado continued across Perdido Bay into Baldwin County Alabama near Lillian. ||the most extensive damage was at Inerarity Point to a residence on Dune Avenue. The home lost the north half of its roof, resulting in partial collapse of the walls. the roof appeared to be straight nailed with no hurricane straps. Other homes suffered minor roof damage. At approximately one mile north northwest of Dune Avenue on Garcon Boulevard, an aluminum carport with steel poles was destroyed.
