Business Placement is offered only after a business and its listing have been reviewed. The exact activation fee, recurring price in U.S. dollars, billing interval, included placement services, renewal terms, and cancellation terms are presented to that business before payment. Current recurring pricing is based on the approved business category. Future offers may also consider location, service area, placement type, or included services when those factors and the resulting price are disclosed before payment.
Business Placement provides a recurring directory profile and visibility service. HailGeeks does not impose a cap on direct customer contact attempts and does not charge a per-lead fee. Customer inquiries, calls, leads, appointments, jobs, or revenue are not guaranteed.
Approved businesses may purchase prepaid Credit packs as one-time purchases. The exact pack size and USD price are shown in the business account before secure checkout. Credits are closed-loop HailGeeks usage units used only for designated HailGeeks digital services; they cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside HailGeeks.
The number of Credits required is shown before the business authorizes a paid report, bulk report workflow, production API request, or paid ZIP alert. Purchased Credits do not expire solely because time passes; account and payment conditions apply.
HailGeeks also provides a limited public hail report without charge. That public result is separate from paid business report products, bulk workflows, downloadable business records, verification features, and production API outputs available to approved business accounts. The applicable Credit cost for each paid business report or workflow is shown before authorization.
Paid ZIP alerts are Credit-funded annual subscriptions. Before enrollment, the business sees and authorizes the initial and annual renewal Credit cost, renewal timing, the effect of an insufficient Credit balance, and the cancellation terms. A paid alert may be disabled or cancelled through the business dashboard.
All HailGeeks paid products are digitally delivered; no physical products are shipped. Payment details are entered and processed securely through Stripe. HailGeeks does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
As of September 2, 2026, HailGeeks does not add or collect sales tax through its checkout.
