The northern portion of the parish was the hardest hit with reports of trees on 10 different homes in the Pleasant Hill community. Trees were also downed on many homes in the Many community as well. In the Rocky Mount community, a mobile home was destroyed by wind gusts and a large tree. Several homes along the eastern shore of the Toledo Bend suffered wind damage of damage resulting from fallen trees.

Tornado Report Description: This relatively brief EF-1 tornado likely began in the midst of the Toledo Bend Reservoir and produced lower end structural damage to residences and boat houses along the shore. There was also a plethora of tree damage consistent with an EF-1 tornado. The tornado ended in the vicinity of LA Highway 1215. Peak width was 220 yards and peak wind speed was 100 mph. Path length was estimated to be 1.9 miles.

Tornado Report Description: An EF0 tornado touched down east of Zwolle along Hwy. 1215 in Sabine Parish. Several trees were snapped and uprooted and a few powerlines were downed. The weak tornado continued northeast crossing Hwy. 120 near Belmont snapping a few trees and downing a few powerlines before lifting.

Tornado Report Description: The National Weather Service conducted a storm survey from Zwolle, Louisiana eastward to north of Many, Louisiana and concluded damage was the result of an EF2 tornado. The tornado first touched down along CR 3229 knocking over trees and destroying a shed. The storm continued east crossing Hwy 191 where a 200 foot communications tower was bent to the ground and trees were snapped and uprooted near some homes. Further east along Hwy 171 two homes were completely destroyed. One home was destroyed by a large tree while the other was by the wind alone. The tornado continued east along Parish Road 1216 snapping trees and damaging roofs to homes. A few homes had their roof peeled back. At least a dozen homes sustained damage along 1216. What appears to be a downburst occurred near the intersection of 1216 and 175 feeding northeast into the tornado track which continued along cedar grove road. The tornado began to occlude near the area around cedar grove road and rocky springs road. Maximum winds are estimated at 110-120 mph.
