Tornado Report Description: This tornado formed 4 miles south-southeast of Bancroft in Shiawassee County and entered Genesee County about 1.5 miles west-southwest of Gaines at 2019EST. The tornado then continued for another 4.3 miles before dissipating 1.3 miles northwest of|the Gaines Airport at 2024EST. While in Genesee County, the tornado was rated EF0 with maximum winds to 80 mph. The path width was 200 yards. The tornado ended at the intersection of Baldwin and Seymour roads. Many trees were uprooted and snapped. One barn lost a section of roof.
