Tornado Report Description: A narrow tornado touched down just west of Highway 14 north of Neligh and tracked around 4 miles before lifting. There was a very narrow, rapidly spinning white funnel, that never touched down, that was also associated with this tornadic thunderstorm, ahead of the actual tornado. The tornado did minor damage. The damage included 2 broken windows on one house 4 miles north of Neligh, while two doors were ripped off of a machine shed just to the east of that house. A pivot irrigation system was overturned around 5 miles northwest of Neligh.
