Hail Report Description: Hail from .5 to 1.25 inches was reported between Lava Lake and Ferndale. Wind gusts to 60 mph blew down numerous trees between Madras and Hermiston. Two-thirds of an inch of rain was reported in Heppner in 20 minutes. Power outage in Echo when lightning started a fire on transformer and power pole. Power outage also occured in Pendleton.
