Tornado Report Description: [Landspout] A landspout was photographed and briefly recorded to the west-northwest of Central Linn High School in the fields between Halsey and Peoria. No damage has been reported so there is no track length and the strength will be designated as unknown unless additional information is received. A small condensation funnel was observed above the ground circulation by the observer even though the photographs and video did not show the condensation funnel. The ground circulation and condensation funnel were not visibly connected. Time is based on the public report. Location is estimated.

Tornado Report Description: Corrects previous tornado report from 5 E Harrisburg. Pilot reported a tornado touched down about 1 mile north of Daniels Field near I-5. Phone call to employee at Olsen Run Winery yielded a cell phone video of the tornado about 50-100 yards north of Diamond Hill Road... tracking east toward I-5. Winery employee stated that the tornado was on the ground for just over one minute... and tornado appeared to be weakening while moving over I-5. No damage reported. Estimated maximum wind gusts of 65 mph make this an EF-0 tornado. Path length roughly 500 yards.

Tornado Report Description: A tornado was reported by the public to local television station KVAL in Eugene. NWS Storm Survey visited the residence and confirmed: a small shed-like structure was lifted off the ground and blown 21 feet to the east - counter to the prevailing storm winds. There were also circular carvings in the grass nearby.

Tornado Report Description: Storm survey found tornado off of Tennessee School Drive was on the ground for 5-10 minutes, with a path a little less than a mile in length, and maximum width 350 yards. Tornado tracked northwest to southeast over open fields and then in trees. Six farm buildings damaged, mostly roof damage. Estimated 90-100 mature trees damaged, with 20-30 of them snapped off low in the trunk, and 6 to 8 uprooted. One tree fell on farmhouse sustaining minor damage. Rated EF0 on enhanced Fujita scale, with gusts 75 to 85 mph.

Tornado Report Description: At 1440 PST a thunderstorm apparently spawned a small tornado near a shopping area in Albany. Several eyewitnesses reported seeing debris rotating up to about 80 feet above the ground as the mini-twister moved across an empty parking lot. As the cloud passed over a large puddle witnesses reported seeing the water sucked up into the funnel along with the rest of the swirling debris. The storm moved across the street to a thrift store where it blew a door open, scattered merchandise about, and blew a storefront window out onto the sidewalk. The entire episode lasted about 10 seconds. Five minutes later small hail fell.
