Path Length: 1.24 miles... Path Width: 150 yards. Location 3SW Bedford VA to 2.75WSW Bedford VA. Time frame: 4:11 PM EDT to 4:16 PM EDT. National Weather Service Storm Survey concluded that a tornado touched down south of the intersection of Dickerson Mill Road and Hobby Drive... where minor roof damage occurred at one home. The tornado then traveled north-northwest... largely paralleling Fiddler Creek Road... while snapping and uprooting numerous hardwood and softwood trees. The tornado lifted near the end of Wheelers Ridge Road... and was on the ground for about 1.24 mile.

Numerous trees were toppled.
