A survey team found damage beginning in northeast portion of East Rockhill Township... where a tree fell onto a house on East Rock Road. The damaging winds continued in an east to southeast swath into the southwest portion of Bedminster Township. The survey team noted numerous uprooted trees... downed limbs and branches in this area. Several of these fell onto powerlines... causing powerlines and some power poles to fall. There were a couple of snapped trees... however these were weakened by interior rotting of the trunks. There were dozens of corn fields that had leaning or flattened corn stalks in this area as well. As the strong winds continued southeast into Plumstead Township... the damage became noticeably more sporadic and generally less severe in nature.
