Tornado Report Description: A brief EF-0 tornado touched down in far northern Warrick County about 3 miles north of Lynnville. The initial touch down was just east of Petersburg Road. It moved northeast and knocked a semi-trailer off its blocks... while picking up and moving a grain cart. Several tree branches were broken off as it moved into far southwest Pike County... where it then lifted. Max winds were 75 mph and peak width was 50 yards along the 0.7 mile path.

THE PATH LENGTH OF THE TORNADO WAS 2.6 MILES. A LARGE METAL STORAGE BUILDING LOST MOST OF ITS ROOF AT GOLF COURSE. SEVERAL APARTMENT BUILDINGS WITH SIGNIFICANT ROOF DAMAGE WITH SHINGLES REMOVED. SELF STORAGE BUILDING NEAR APARTMENTS HAD PARTIAL ROOF DAMAGE. ADDITIONAL HOMES HAD MINOR SHINGLE DAMAGE. SEVERAL LARGE TREES SNAPPED AND KNOCKED DOWN.
